AGM-Short-ReportThis week as well as the second shed being erected the Sewer, Water & power started their long process to completion. It is expected that the power & sewer will connect next week & the water has been connected as of Friday this last week.

We-mde-the-front-pagBelow is a picture of the Model Barry has made of the Community Precinct that will encompass Building1 The Men’s Shed, Building 2 Ladies Auxiliary Building, Gym, Meeting / Pool Room, Office, First Aid Room, Store Room, Building 3 Community Center / Games Room, As well as some of the internal fit out that is underway.
This Project will on completion will be valued in the vicinity of $1,000,000 and will belong to The Rockhampton Men’s Shed Inc. The Rockhampton Men’s Shed Inc’s Ladies Auxiliary and will welcome the members of the Community of Rockhampton and Districts including Livingstone Shire Community.















This time it is in memory of Mick Crust (1923-2020) a well known name in the district.
We were commissioned to make this seat by John Coles who is related to Mick.

John Coles is seated next to Gary in the first picture who did most of the work with Barry who is seated below in the photos with Gary.
This hardwood seat will be on display at the retirement village in Mt. Morgan for all to enjoy a restful seat hopefully after a vigorous walk to invigorate everyone.
