Happy birthday Marion from all of us at the Shed and thank you for all your hard work particularly getting the grant to complete the rest of our Community Center which will become a focal point of the three sheds and will be used to assist VoAD ( Volunteers in Active Disaster) and will become a place where our members will be able to socialise in as well as help us to fundraise on behalf of ourselves and others. Thanks go to the guys who put in the effort to put the sheds together particularly Gary’s crew who have bent over backwards to start finishing the walls and roof of the Community Center, which is no mean feat to complete, we will start the concrete next week after some unfortunate delays. We have all worked as a team with some members keeping the jobs turning over while the others are moving ever closer to completing the buildings. And let’s not forget ours sheds birthday which turned 10 on Wednesday 28th February. The below page is out of this week’s CQ Today and was Photographed by Graham and written by him as well perhaps we have found our media member, to look after that line of work.
